Kulabox Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kulabox collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Kulabox Customer App, Kulabox Rider App, Kulabox Store App, and Kulabox web services.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as name, phone number, email address, profile information, delivery addresses, order details, payment status, wallet or transaction records, support messages, device identifiers, app diagnostics, notification tokens, and approximate or precise location.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, process orders, connect customers with stores and riders, provide delivery tracking, process payments, send service notifications, prevent abuse, improve app performance, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.

Location Data

Customer location may be used to show nearby stores, set delivery addresses, calculate delivery fees, and track deliveries. Rider location may be used to assign deliveries, provide live delivery tracking, support safety, and confirm delivery progress. Store location may be used for store discovery and delivery logistics.

Payments

Kulabox may process payment status, transaction references, wallet activity, and order totals. Payment card, mobile money, or bank details may be processed by third-party payment providers according to their own privacy and security practices.

Sharing

We share only the information needed to operate the service, such as order and delivery details with stores and riders. We may also share information with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, notification providers, fraud prevention services, professional advisers, and legal authorities where required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so users should keep account credentials private and contact us if they suspect unauthorized access.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Kulabox services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account in the app from the account or settings area where available. You can also request account and data deletion from our public deletion page: Account Deletion Request.

After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize account data that is no longer needed. We may retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Children

Kulabox is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
