Kulabox Account Deletion Request

This page is for users of the Kulabox Customer App, Kulabox Rider App, Kulabox Store App, and Kulabox web services to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Request Deletion
Send an account deletion request to Kulabox support using the email link below. Include the phone number or email address used for your Kulabox account and state which app you use: Customer, Rider, or Store.
Email Account Deletion RequestIf the email button does not open, email support@kulabox.co.ke with the subject "Kulabox Account Deletion Request".
In-App Deletion
Where available, you can also delete your account inside the app from the account or settings area by selecting Delete Account and confirming the request.
What Will Be Deleted
After verifying the request, Kulabox will delete or anonymize account profile data and personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service.
Data We May Retain
We may retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, safety, security, tax, accounting, dispute handling, delivery history, or legal compliance. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Processing Time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified requests within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention period is required by law or legitimate business needs.
